Job Scope
- Calculating and checking to make sure payment, amounts and records are correct.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Providing support to account executive.
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail.
- Handling communications with suppliers via phone, email and in-person.
- Assisting with audits.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
- Record journal entries accurately and timely.
- Update cash flow statements.

Job Description
- Prepare monthly trading,profit & loss account & sales reports
- Cash flow statement and control of petty cash.
- Monitoring the suppliers payments process to avoid non-delivery of spare parts & delays in deliveries
- Organize payments to all suppliers on time, with reference to credit terms and conditions,with approval by Director.
- Liaise with company auditors pertaining to annual accounts and financial audit.
- To check and follow up all paid and unpaid invoices monthly
- To organize and planned filing system for future easy references.
- To carry out other duties as instructed by the company from time to time.
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent from recognized Universities.
- Preferably 3-4 years post-qualifying experience with a professional accounting firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point,Excel and Word).
- Fast learner,independent and self-motivated.
- Possess good communication skills,able to work with all levels of staff in the organization and a good team player.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.

- To oversee daily general operations of B&P department.
- Dealing and communicating with insurance company and adjuster.
- To monitor and assist the daily insurance claims are processed and submit with timeline given.
- To ensure all claim procedures are properly followed and to review claim submissions.
- Minimise come back job.
- To assist front liners in their duties when necessary and ensure uniformity of charges carried out.
- To monitor all work-in-progress jobs and ensure they are completed on time.
- To achieve company montly target and also profitable.
- To carry out other duties instructed by the company from time to time.
