Job Description

To oversee daily general operations of B&P department.
Dealing and communicating with insurance company and adjuster.
To monitor and assist the daily insurance claims are processed and submit with timeline given.
To ensure all claim procedures are properly followed and to review claim submissions.
Minimise come back job.
To assist front liners in their duties when necessary and ensure uniformity of charges carried out.
To monitor all work-in-progress jobs and ensure they are completed on time.
To achieve company montly target and also profitable.
To carry out other duties instructed by the company from time to time.
